ABOUT
Artist Bio
I am a Bay Area local queer disabled painter who uses my work to celebrate my community.
After developing a constant chronic pain condition that limits the use of both hands, I re-trained myself to paint by working with my disabled body. The lack of dexterity in my hands became an expressionistic emotive style.

After becoming disabled in my early 20s, I experienced first hand the systemic discrimination disabled people experience in every aspect of our lives from employment to housing or even dating. Too often disabled people are infantilized. My response is to demonstrate how beautifully sexy our community is and how we thrive on mutually supporting each other.
